One World Hotel invites celebrants to loh sang at Zuan Yuan Restaurant.

The Prosperity Chinese New Year menu, priced at RM988++, for eight to 10 persons per table, is available for lunch and dinner from Jan 23 until Feb 12.

Start on a high note with the tossing of yee sang, a tradition that heralds the beginning of another year of good health and abundance.

The Zuan Yuan version of the yee sang comes with polo clams and shredded sweet turnip.

Truffle oil and lime juice are added to add and enhance the flavours of the dish.

The first course, steamed red grouper, features the fish drenched in a sweet and sicy "Medan" sauce.

For those who love prawns, the wok-fried butter tiger prawns with papaya and milk  will prove to be an unusual but enjoyable dish.    The papaya and milk gravy adds a sweet, creamy richness to the buttery saltiness of the prawns.

The poached village chicken is served carved with pickled radish and chilli.

The stewed mixed vegetables in bean curd parcel with dried oyster and sea moss is served last.

   Call 03-7681 1159, for reservations.
