ON RIGHT TRACK: Musa says BN election officials must be ready to help voters come out in full force and vote

SANDAKAN: CHIEF Minister Datuk Seri Musa Aman has reminded all Barisan National election machinery workers and supporters to know and understand their roles during actual general election.
"We must be fully prepared to face the general election at any time and everyone, including the respective polling district chiefs, must know their roles," said Musa after overseeing the Libaran general election dry run here on Tuesday.
Musa, who is also Libaran Umno chief and Sungai Sibuga assemblyman, said the election dry run was important as it could assess weaknesses so it would be a hiccup-free process on the actual day.
"The event also provided guidance to voters, particularly those who would be casting their votes for the first time," he said, adding that he was satisfied with the preparation and cooperation shown by the participants.
"This is where their roles are most crucial so that everything goes smoothly on polling day. We don't want to be seen as not knowing what to do. It is also important to ensure BN supporters come out in full force on that day and vote for the BN candidate."
