KINABALU: Pas has open its doors to pacts with Sabah political parties in the
14th general election.
Sabah Pas
commissioner Mohd Aminuddin Aling said as of now the party would contest on its
pact with Pakatan Rakyat was dissolved.
“So far,
there has yet to be negotiations with any (local Sabah) party on seat
allocations.
“Upon the
dissolution of Parliament and the state assemblies, Pas will be open to
talks(with local parties in Sabah) on the possibility of electoral cooperation,”
he said at the state Hari Raya Aidilfitri celebration here on Saturday.
Pas has yet
to win a seat in Sabah, while Barisan Nasional has often dominated the polls.
